Sizing Kit Instructions

Follow the steps below to ensure the perfect fit: 

  1. Place clear nail tips over your natural bare nails to determine your nail sizes.
  2. Size BOTH hands - ALL 10 nails. Fingers can be different sizes and that’s normal! Most people don’t have identical nail beds on both hands.
  3. Apply light pressure as if you were to apply your nail set. 
  4. Clear nail tip should cover your entire nail bed, fitting side wall to side wall.
  5. Write down your nail sizes for each finger on each hand. I recommend starting with your left hand.
  6. Send me a picture of your Sizing Kit card with your nail sizes written down on Instagram @yourberrycutenails or email yourberrycutenails@gmail.com

Helpful Tips:

  1. Make sure nail tips are in the right direction.
  2. The nail tips should feel like a soft hug, reaching side wall to side wall, not too tight or forced down.
  3. Take your time. You don’t want to rush the process and accidentally measure incorrectly or write down the wrong size.
  4. Double check the numbers on the nail tips before writing them down.
  5. If you’re between sizes, always size up. Before applying your press-on set, you’ll use the included nail file in your application kit to gently shape the tips for the most seamless fit along your sidewalls and cuticle line.
  6. If there’s a big gap between the clear nail tip and your natural nail, you can use a semi-solid glue to fill in the gap or nail adhesive tabs.
