How Do I Order?

To place an order, start by ordering your sizing kit in your preferred nail shape and length. Once you know your nail sizes, you're ready to order! 

To place a custom order:

  1. DM me on Instagram @yourberrycutenails or email info@yourberrycutenails.com with your full request. 
  2. Include your preferred design, shape, sizes, base color, and any inspiration pictures. 

How Do I Know What Size I Need?

Once you receive your sizing kit, match each clear gel tip to your bare nails. The correct size should cover your entire nail bed from sidewall to sidewall. If you're between sizes, always choose the bigger size and reshape later for the best fit.

When Will I Get My Order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 weeks, followed by 7–10 business days for shipping. Most customers receive their orders in approximately 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase.

Rush orders are available with an additional fee. 

How Do I Apply Your Berry Cute Nails?

You can apply your nails in two ways. Application instructions are included in your order, on the back of your nail display card. 

How Do I Remove Your Berry Cute Nails?

  • Liquid Glue: Wait at least 10 days before attempting removal. These nails are designed to stay on for 2+ weeks. Soak nails in warm water and gently lift the edges. Then remove carefully and clean nails for reuse.
  • Adhesive Tabs: Soak nails in warm water and gently lift the edges. Slowly peel off adhesive tabs and clean nails for reuse.

  • Liquid nail glue for long-lasting wear
  • Adhesive tabs for short-term wear
  • Cuticle stick to push your cuticles 
  • Buffer to remove shine from natural nails and create texture for better adhesion
  • Nail file to shape your natural nail or reshape press-ons
  • Alcohol prep pad to remove oil from natural nails 
  • Can opener to prevent pop-offs

How Long Do Your Berry Cute Nails Last? Are They Reusable?

  • Liquid Glue: 2+ weeks with proper prep and application. 
  • Adhesive Tabs: 2-3 days.
